Questions lodges actually ask

How is the price calculated?

One annual subscription per lodge. The quantity is your number of active members, re-counted nightly. A 30-member lodge pays $30 a year — that's it.

What happens when a brother resigns or joins?

Member counts sync to billing automatically every night. Your renewal trues up to the actual number — no manual adjustments, no emails to support.

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The 30-day trial starts the moment you create your lodge. Add a payment method whenever you're ready.

What happens if we stop paying?

The lodge goes read-only — nothing is deleted. Your data is retained for 90 days and restored in full the moment the subscription is settled. You can also export everything at any time.

Is our data private?

Each lodge's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Documents and photos live in private storage served via short-lived signed links to signed-in members only. Hosting is in the EU.

We're not a Masonic lodge — can we use it?

TheSquare is built lodge-first, but the underlying platform is generic. Rotary, Lions, Round Table, and similar bodies are on the roadmap — get in touch.
